Strawberry Chia Protein Pudding

(GF, NF, PF, SF, V)

(Makes 1 Serving)

Ingredients:

1 C vanilla coconut milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 T chia seeds

1 C strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions:

1. Blend together coconut milk, protein powder, and strawberries.

2. Mix chia seeds into mixture by hand.

3. Let mixture sit for 2-3 hours or overnight.

Add Ins:

-Cinnamon

-Fruit (topping)

Overnight Protein Oatmeal

(Makes 1 serving)

 Ingredients:

.5 C rolled oats (gluten-free)

1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)

2 T chia seeds

1.5 C coconut milk (original, vanilla, or chocolate)

Directions: 

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large glass.

2. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

3. Enjoy! :)

Add Ins:

-Bananas

-Blackberries

-Blueberries

-Raspberries

“Frosty” Protein Shake

(GF, NF, SF, V)

(Makes 1 Serving)

Ingredients:

2 scoops chocolate protein powder

1 large frozen banana (2 small)

2 T cacao powder

2 T peanut butter

1.5 C water

6-10 ice cubes

Directions:

1. Blend protein powder, cacao powder, peanut butter, and water together.

2. Add frozen banana to mixture and blend.

3. Add ice cubes until the consistency is similar to a frosty.

4. Enjoy!

1 C. water

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake w/ Wheatgrass and Collard Greens

(Makes 1 Serving)

Ingredients:

1 banana

1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder

2 T. cacao powder

2 T. peanut butter or dehydrated peanut butter

1 T. coconut sugar

1 shot wheatgrass juice

Handful collard greens

10 ice cubes

1 C. water

1 dropper full vanilla crème flavored Stevia (optional)

4 droppers full toffee flavored Stevia (optional)

Directions: 

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend.

3. Enjoy! J

Protein Oatmeal

(Makes 1 Serving)

 Ingredients:

1 pack of gluten-free oatmeal

1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder

 

Directions:

1. Follow directions on how to cook oatmeal packet.

2. When oatmeal is cooked, mix in protein powder.  Stir until desired consistency is reached and powder is absorbed.  Add water as needed.

3. Enjoy!

-Flax seeds

-Hemp seeds

Chocolate Protein Pudding

(GF, NF, SF, V)

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1/2 C water

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 T. coconut nectar (can substitute agave nectar, maple syrup, yacon syrup) or (honey, non-vegan)

1-2 T. cacao powder (I prefer 2)

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (optional)

Directions

1. Combine scooped avocado and all ingredients into a blender. Blend.

2. Scrape down sides of blender and add water as needed. Blend until desired consistency is reached.

3. Enjoy :)

Teriyaki Chicken Breast

(DF, EF, GF, NF, PF, SF)

(Makes 1, 4 oz. chicken breast)

 Ingredients:

1, 4 oz. chicken breast

2 T. coconut aminos (can substitute soy sauce, not GF/SF, or gluten-free tamari sauce, not SF)

3 T. olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

2 T. chopped onions

1 tsp. coconut sugar (can be substituted with cane sugar or brown sugar)

Directions: 

1. Chop garlic cloves.

2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl.

3. Coat breast in marinade and soak in fridge overnight.

4. Cook and add salt for flavor.

5. Enjoy!

Teriyaki Filet Mignon

(DF, EF, GF, NF, PF, SF)

(Makes 1, 4 oz. filet)

 Ingredients:

1, 4 oz. filet mignon of red meat (beef/bison/elk/ostrich/wild boar)

2 T. coconut aminos (can substitute soy sauce, not GF/SF, or gluten-free tamari sauce, not SF)

3 T. olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

2 T. chopped onions

1 tsp. coconut sugar (can be substituted with cane sugar or brown sugar)

Directions: 

1. Chop garlic cloves.

3. Coat filet in marinade and soak in fridge overnight.

4. Cook and add salt for flavor.

5. Enjoy!

Banana Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 banana (frozen and sliced)

1 T. peanut butter

1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)

1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)

Directions:

1. Combine peanut butter and protein powder in blender. The consistency will be gritty looking.

2. Add banana and vanilla to peanut butter & protein powder mixture.

3. Blend until ice cream like consistency is reached.

Add For Fun:

-Cinnamon (on top or add into peanut butter & protein powder mixture)

-Chia seeds

-Cacao nibs

-Coconut flakes
