&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;1, 4 oz. filet mignon of red meat (beef/bison/elk/ostrich/wild boar)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;2&amp;#160;T. coconut aminos (can substitute soy sauce, not GF/SF, or gluten-free tamari sauce, not SF)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;3&amp;#160;T. olive oil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;2 cloves of garlic &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;2&amp;#160;T. chopped onions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;1 tsp. coconut sugar (can be substituted with cane sugar or brown sugar)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;Directions: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;1. Chop garlic cloves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;3. Coat filet in marinade and soak in fridge overnight.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;4. Cook and add salt for flavor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1 banana (frozen and sliced)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1&amp;#160;T. peanut butter&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Combine peanut butter and protein powder in blender. The consistency will be gritty looking.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Add banana and vanilla to peanut butter &amp;amp;amp; protein powder mixture.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Blend until ice cream like consistency is reached.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Add For Fun:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-Cinnamon (on top or add into peanut butter &amp;amp; protein powder mixture)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-Chia seeds&lt;/p&gt;
