Protein Princess

Strawberry Chia Protein Pudding

(GF, NF, PF, SF, V)

(Makes 1 Serving)

Ingredients:

1 C vanilla coconut milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 T chia seeds

1 C strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions:

1. Blend together coconut milk, protein powder, and strawberries.

2. Mix chia seeds into mixture by hand.

3. Let mixture sit for 2-3 hours or overnight.

Add Ins:

-Cinnamon

-Fruit (topping)

Overnight Protein Oatmeal

(GF, NF, PF, SF, V)

(Makes 1 serving)

 Ingredients:

.5 C rolled oats (gluten-free)

1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)

2 T chia seeds

1.5 C coconut milk (original, vanilla, or chocolate)

Directions: 

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large glass.

2. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

3. Enjoy! :)

-Blueberries

Banana Protein Ice Cream

(GF, NF, SF, V)

Ingredients:

1 banana (frozen and sliced)

1 T. peanut butter

1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)

1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)

Directions:

1. Combine peanut butter and protein powder in blender. The consistency will be gritty looking.

2. Add banana and vanilla to peanut butter & protein powder mixture.

3. Blend until ice cream like consistency is reached.

Add For Fun:

-Cinnamon (on top or add into peanut butter & protein powder mixture)

-Chia seeds

-Cacao nibs

-Coconut flakes
