Protein Princess

Strawberry Vanilla Protein Shake

(GF, NF, PF, SF, V)

(Makes 1 Serving)

Ingredients:

1 banana

1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1 C. frozen strawberries

1 C. water

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend.

3. Enjoy!

Protein Oatmeal

(GF, NF, PF, SF, V)

(Makes 1 Serving)

 Ingredients:

1 pack of gluten-free oatmeal

1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder

 

Directions:

1. Follow directions on how to cook oatmeal packet.

2. When oatmeal is cooked, mix in protein powder.  Stir until desired consistency is reached and powder is absorbed.  Add water as needed.

3. Enjoy!

-Fruit

-Flax seeds

-Chia seeds

-Cacao nibs

-Hemp seeds

Teriyaki Chicken Breast

(DF, EF, GF, NF, PF, SF)

(Makes 1, 4 oz. chicken breast)

 Ingredients:

1, 4 oz. chicken breast

2 T. coconut aminos (can substitute soy sauce, not GF/SF, or gluten-free tamari sauce, not SF)

3 T. olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

2 T. chopped onions

1 tsp. coconut sugar (can be substituted with cane sugar or brown sugar)

Directions: 

1. Chop garlic cloves.

2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl.

3. Coat breast in marinade and soak in fridge overnight.

4. Cook and add salt for flavor.

5. Enjoy!

Banana Protein Ice Cream

(GF, NF, SF, V)

Ingredients:

1 banana (frozen and sliced)

1 T. peanut butter

1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)

1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)

Directions:

1. Combine peanut butter and protein powder in blender. The consistency will be gritty looking.

2. Add banana and vanilla to peanut butter & protein powder mixture.

3. Blend until ice cream like consistency is reached.

Add For Fun:

-Cinnamon (on top or add into peanut butter & protein powder mixture)

-Chia seeds

-Cacao nibs

-Coconut flakes
